Four conductors:15 foot (450cm) extension cable terminated with a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) plug and a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) jack.

Twelveconductors:12-foot extension cable terminated with a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) plug and a 1/4 inch (6.3mm) jack.
