The Aria Evo X No1 bookshelf loudspeaker preserves the essence of the Aria 900 range, with its sophisticated sound quality and its perceived value elevated by high-quality materials. The qualities of its flax cone are center-stage in this 2-way loudspeaker: neutrality, presence and elegance. It is recommended for rooms of at least 161 sq. ft., with a listening distance of 7 to 10 feet.

Evolving Aria

Focal has improved uponthe enormously successful Aria series, keeping all that was beloved about the original while making a few improvements.

The Aria Evo X now has the new TAMtweeter from the Vestia line, replacing the TNF tweeter, that's now found in the Theva line. The midrange driver now has Focal's TMD(tuned mass dampener)in the surround of the midrange, a technology that had previously been used only in Kanta and up.

The TAM tweeter offers better off-axis listening and also more linearity through the audio band with an increase ofextension to 30 kHz. The response through1 kHz to 5 kHz has been smoothed out. The TMD, in turn, offers even lowerdistortion through 800 Hz to 3,500 Hz.

TheAria Evo X line will continue to featureFocal's flax drivers, which have been praised year after year for their clear and transparent sound reproduction.
